Professional Development

Create an inclusive leadership culture to lift up all voices through interactive workshops.

Dr. Kasevich offers workshops for all types of organizations, including K-12 schools and universities, to help build inclusive leadership cultures. Your community will take a deep dive into strategies for honoring and nurturing a diversity of leadership styles, building strong and caring relationships across departments and divisions, and unleashing the creative potential and problem-solving abilities of high-trust teams. Experientially, you will discover what it means to lead with humility, resilience and compassion.

Dr. Kasevich gets to know you and your organization in order to design a custom experiential program, either as a one-time workshop or a professional development series (in person and/or virtual). Practical strategies and tools are provided. Additional follow-up meetings can be scheduled to ensure the vitality and longevity of the cultural shift in your organization.

“The program has not only strengthened my awareness of the different needs of my students, but it has enabled me to create programs and share knowledge. Heidi is always ready to share resources and ideas, and she helps with practical applications in the classroom and for parent/teacher workshops.

—Charlotte, Columbus School for Girls

“The program re-energized me to go back to care for the social and emotional well-being of students. We were introduced to introvert/extrovert training that helps put into place real pedagogy for teachers and reach those students whom we, unfortunately, sometimes miss.”

—Kelly, Being Black at School

“The experience of having our whole faculty and staff trained by Heidi over the course of the school year has increased interaction among people in the building who may not normally work together and has given us tools as well as a common vocabulary for tackling issues and resolving conflict. Numerous faculty have reported that our work with Heidi has changed how they interact with students and colleagues.”

—Eileen, Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School

“It is so beneficial to learn and work with people in different departments. Because of the new leadership styles I’ve learned, my confidence has risen as an administrator and I’ve been able to facilitate that same confidence and growth in my students. I recommend this experience for any educational leader that wants to grow and be challenged in a positive and productive way.”

—Kash, Salisbury School
