Signature Leadership Programs

Educate all types of leaders to find their voice and lead with confidence by creating a leadership program that fits your school’s culture.

The creation of a Signature Leadership Program is not a technical problem—in other words, one where the answer is known. If it were, Dr. Kasevich would follow a formula to tell you what to do to raise leaders who are self-aware, humble, courageous, and compassionate.

But this is not the case. Designing a Signature Leadership Program is what Ron Heifetz calls an adaptive challenge—one that requires new learning and collaborations in order to solve. To that end, Dr. Kasevich will strive to create a safe holding environment where you can problem-solve, learn from mistakes and accumulate wisdom about new ways of operating.

The end product is a curriculum that aligns with the values, mission, structure, and function of your school.

Dr. Kasevich’s work in designing leadership programs is rooted in her years spent designing and teaching leadership programs to students.

“I believe this program is beneficial because it pushes students to learn about themselves while exploring the different things they can do for their community.”

—Tie-Ese, Achievement First Hartford High School

“Heidi has worked for over a decade to develop in-person and virtual programs for students and teachers that aid in developing their leadership capacity. For students, they are better able to lead in a host of meaningful and challenging circumstances. For faculty, they are better able to support and guide students through the collaborative space of leadership. You and your school will be able to create an inclusive culture of leadership when Heidi works with your community.”

—Jeremy, Gardner Carney Leadership Institute

“After his final class, my son told me he was really sad and said he’s going to miss everyone because he started to build some wonderful connections. He loved listening to and sharing stories. What an opportunity! He is typically very quiet and hesitant to share his ideas and was often passed over for leadership opportunities. He told me how introverts can be amazing leaders... Dr. Kasevich’s stories empowered him, and I have seen him overcome his fear of speaking to his peers and sharing ideas to bring his community together. I am blown away!”

—Lisa, Cardigan Mountain School

“Dr. Kasevich’s program prepares people for high-stakes decision-making. The course provided me with the proper tools required to execute a plan, and I learned that self-awareness is crucial in leadership. The program was a perfect blend of introspection, cultural competency, and community-building. Frankly, I think it would serve every presidential candidate to take this course.”

—Jaden, Hotchkiss Student Leadership Portals

“My memory of the vitality, compassion, and generosity that Dr. Kasevich brought to her leadership remains vivid.  She was the first to make me feel appreciated, valued, and seen without needing to change any aspect of who I am.  I believe she was instrumental in the development of my love for sharing the power of quiet and female leadership.
